Mobile belt conveyor (also called portable belt conveyor/mobile conveyor system/grasshopper conveyor/jump conveyor/portable transfer conveyor) are efficient, convenient, maneuverable and continuous. They are widely used when the location of loading & unloading points are changeable such as seaports(called as shiploader, ship loader conveyor, barge loading conveyor), wharfs, stations, coal factories, stores, building sites, sand & stone factories, farms etc. It can be used for transporting, loading, unloading bulk materials over short distances. The widest belt width we can manufacture is 1600mm with lengths up to 60m. it is also called radial telescopic stacker, stacker conveyor system, mobile stacker conveyor, mobile conveyor bridge.
The working principle of the mobile belt conveyor is to drive the conveyor belt to rotate through the driving device, so as to transport the material from the starting point to the end point. After the material is placed on the conveyor belt, as the conveyor belt rotates, the material is continuously pushed forward. When the material reaches the end point, it can be unloaded through the gap or other devices.
