The lubrication pump needs to be filled with No. 00 lithium-based grease, and the empty machine can be pumped every day to check whether the lubricating oil is unobstructed. Refill or replace the lubricating oil in time according to the requirements of the equipment manual. The electrical system is a key part of the concrete mixer pump. Check the electrical circuit for damage and aging every day, and whether the joints are firm. If the outer skin of the circuit is found to be damaged, it should be wrapped with insulating tape or replaced with a new circuit in time. At the same time, check the electrical components in the control box, clean the dust, and ensure their normal operation. The hydraulic system provides power for the equipment, and its maintenance should not be ignored. Check the quality of hydraulic oil regularly. If the oil quality deteriorates, emulsifies or is mixed with impurities, the hydraulic oil and filter element need to be replaced. At the same time, regularly check and tighten the various parts of the equipment. Check the wear of the mixing blades and conveying pipelines, and replace them in time if the wear is serious. Check whether the bolts and nuts of the equipment are loose, especially the connecting bolts of the mixing drum, hopper and other parts. If loose, tighten them immediately to prevent parts from falling off and causing safety accidents.
